Agreement

By using Studio 92 ("the platform"), operated by 92learns, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

Content and courses

All courses, videos, resources, and materials are owned by 92learns and protected by copyright.
Purchased courses grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and view the content.
You may not share, redistribute, resell, or publicly display course content.
Free content (logo library downloads, community posts) is for personal and commercial use unless stated otherwise.

Purchases and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share your account or login credentials with others
Attempt to access content you have not purchased
Use automated tools to scrape or download content
Harass other community members
Use the platform for any illegal purpose

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
